Joanne Luckman

Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

A long-time Floridian originally from New Jersey, Joanne brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience to the company. Married to co-founder Eric Luckman, she has worn many hats in her career, including Operations Manager at Eric’s law firm, licensed optician, and Realtor. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish a video production company and an e-commerce soup business. Joanne’s leadership, creativity, and business expertise are integral to the success and growth of MediationWorks.

Shelliann Paul

Scheduling Coordinator

Shelliann is our Scheduling Coordinator for mediations and also handles a variety of administrative and marketing tasks for the office. She comes to us with over nine years’ experience as a legal secretary in foreclosure defense, and she makes everyone feel like they are her favorite client. Originally from Jamaica, she lives in Tamarac with her husband, is very involved in her church, loves to travel, and is an avid photographer of the outdoors.

Colleen Rivas

Executive Assistant to the COO

Colleen comes to us with over two decades of experience in the legal field. She provides support for scheduling, billing, and administrative assistance. Before joining MediationWorks, Colleen worked as a civil litigation paralegal. A New Jersey native, she now lives in Boca Raton with her husband and enjoys time with her grown children, family, and friends, along with travel, history, and cooking.

Ashley Dobson

Billing Specialist and Account Organizer

Ashley ensures the financial side of mediation services runs seamlessly. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for organization, she assists with invoicing, reconciles accounts, and maintains accurate billing systems to support the company’s mission of providing stress-free mediation solutions.
