Our commitment

We want every attorney, adjuster, and party to be able to find a mediator, learn about our services, and schedule a mediation without barriers. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we have done

• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone. A "Skip to content" link appears when you press Tab on any page.
• Text and background colors meet WCAG contrast requirements, and text can be resized to 200% without loss of content.
• Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Headings, lists, and landmarks are marked up so screen readers can navigate by structure.
• Forms have visible labels, and errors are announced.
• Videos have controls and can be paused; nothing on the site flashes or auto-plays with sound.
• The site works on phones, tablets, and desktops, in portrait or landscape.

Accessibility options and settings

Use the round Accessibility options button in the bottom-right corner of every page to make text larger, raise contrast, highlight links, switch to a plainer font, add spacing, pause motion, or enlarge the cursor. Your choices are remembered on this device and apply to every page. You can also adjust this site using the tools built into your browser and device: zoom with Ctrl or Cmd and +, use reader mode, enable high-contrast or reduced-motion settings in your operating system, or use a screen reader such as VoiceOver, NVDA, or JAWS.

Scheduling system and payments

Online scheduling and online payments are provided by third parties on their own pages. If you have difficulty using either, call our schedulers at 561.245.2200 and we will complete the booking or payment with you by phone.
