MediationWorks (MediationWorksFL, Inc.) provides mediation and arbitration services throughout Florida. Our administrative offices are at 455 NE 5th Ave., Suite D300, Delray Beach, FL 33483. Our website is mediationworksfl.com.

What we collect

Most of what we collect is information you choose to give us:

• Contact form. Your name, email address, phone number, firm, and the message you send us.
• Newsletter sign-up. Your name and email address, so we can send you Mediation Insights.
• Scheduling requests. When you request available dates or book a mediation, the details you enter in our scheduling system, such as case name, party and counsel names, contact details, and preferred dates.
• Phone and email. Whatever you share with our schedulers when you call or write to us.

When you book a mediation, you may give us information about other participants, such as counsel, parties, or adjusters. We use it to schedule and administer the matter. We may also add their email addresses to our mailing list, as described below.

Like most websites, our host also keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.

We do not ask for payment card details on this website. Online payments are handled by LawPay on its own secure pages.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and to schedule, confirm, and administer mediations and arbitrations.
• To send our newsletter and occasional emails about our mediators, services, and events. These go to people who sign up and to the contacts we receive through our work, including scheduling requests. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To keep this website secure and working properly.
• To keep the records that Florida law and court rules require us to keep.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies, trackers, or website analytics. Our scheduling system may use cookies to keep you signed in. Embedded YouTube videos may set cookies when you play them.

Our website does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because we do not track visitors across other sites.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the practice, and only for that purpose:

• Mailchimp, which sends our newsletter and marketing emails.
• Our scheduling and case-management system, which stores booking details.
• Our video-conferencing provider, which hosts our virtual mediations.
• Our email provider, which hosts the messages you send us.
• LawPay, which processes online payments.
• Our website host, which stores messages and sign-ups submitted through this site.

We may also disclose information when the law, a court, or a professional rule requires it.

How long we keep it

Contact-form messages and mailing-list details are kept until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed. Mediation and arbitration records are kept for the period required by Florida law and the rules governing certified mediators.

Your choices

• You can unsubscribe from our newsletter and marketing emails at any time, using the link in any email or by writing to scheduling@mediationworksfl.com. Unsubscribing does not affect messages about a mediation you are involved in.
• You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. Email scheduling@mediationworksfl.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Confidentiality

Mediation communications are confidential and privileged under the Florida Mediation Confidentiality and Privilege Act. Arbitration matters are handled confidentially in line with the applicable rules and the parties' agreements. Nothing in this policy changes either of these.

Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection. Access to messages and sign-ups is limited to MediationWorks staff and authorized service providers who need it.

Children

This website is intended for attorneys, adjusters, and parties to legal matters. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
